Stock that fits consignment

When a one-shot discount buyback is not your first choice but you still want ongoing monetization with clear books.

  • Slow-moving / long-tail MPNs

Demand exists but cycles are long — list across channels and improve net recovery over time.

  • Tail and loose lots

Partial reels, mixed lots with salable lines — segregated storage and separate pricing.

  • Samples & small lots

Engineer samples, pulls, dev-board surplus — consign when buyout minimums do not fit.

  • Hybrid with buyback

Urgent lines to recycling, remainder to consignment — one account team, combined agreements.

Program highlights

  • Reporting cadence

Weekly or monthly reports aligned to your finance calendar — sales, balance, and pending settlement.

  • Segregated storage

Clean vs. mixed stock rules written into the agreement — inbound counts documented.

  • Multi-channel sales

We market through terminal stock and partner channels — not listing-only brokerage.

  • NDA

Confidentiality agreements available; anonymized customer data on submissions.

Consignment flow

Unlike inspection buyback or list matching, consignment focuses on inbound listing, periodic reports, and contracted settlement.

  1. Line-list review

MPN, qty, packaging, settlement cycle, floor price policy — fit feedback often within 24h.

  2. Agreement

Storage rules, sales authority, report format, fees, return or convert remaining stock.

  3. Inbound & sales

Receive, list, and quote across channels; exceptions flagged on reports.

  4. Settlement & close-out

Settle sold lines per schedule; return, buy back remainder, or move to trading.

For one-time buyout, see recycling ; for target-price matching, see inventory trading

Reporting & settlement

You see what sold, what remains, and when cash lands. Settlement (T/T, PayPal, etc.) and invoices are confirmed in writing before go-live. Multi-site programs can roll up to Hong Kong HQ.

Documentation to start consignment

Better files mean faster onboarding.

  • BOM: MPN, qty, manufacturer, date code, packaging
  • Photos: carton labels, tray/reel, mixed-lot layout
  • Preferred report cycle (weekly/monthly) and payment method
  • Floor price or market-follow policy if any
  • Note if you want hybrid buyback/trading alongside

Combining buyback, trading, and consignment

Not sure which path fits? Submit your BOM — we may recommend buyback for urgent cash, trading for market-priced lots, and consignment for slow tail — all three can run in parallel under one team.

Consignment compliance

  • Contract & title

Agreement defines custody, sales rights, and settlement; registered entity with proper invoices.

  • Segregation & traceability

Customer stock in dedicated areas; sold lots traceable for audit.

  • Data & scrap

Data-bearing parts sanitized or destroyed per agreement; scrap via buyback or compliant disposal — see recycling & FAQ.
